This is the week I'll take my bike to have that done and get a #SpringTuneup done. I've never gained the skills or the equipment to do these things for myself so it's time to support the #LocalBikeShop.I'm also trying out a neighbourhood spin studio this month, to make it easier to keep up with the seniors' cycling club when they start group rides at the end of the month.
