When you happen to check LinkedIn, even though you were retired from your last job, and you see a position advertised by someone in your network. The position appears to be your last job, now paying 10-20% more than when you were discontinued.

The bad news: today is my 1 year anniversary of losing my senses of #smell and #taste to #LongCovid
It's only gotten worse over the past 3 months. So today I chopped 10 cloves of #garlic and absolutely could not smell anything
I ate #pineapple and it could have been cardboard. I've put on 30 lbs trying to find something I can taste. Nothing is satisfying without #flavor and #aroma
4 months ago I could make out the scent of #lavender from #peppermint. No more
