Earlier, I saw that Kid2 had left the chocolate chip dough out and I thought, hmm, it's been out a while, I wonder if I should throw it away? But then I thought, it's not like it's been hot weather. The dough should be fine! Might as well bake it!
So I made four biscuits and popped them in the oven, went into the lounge room and promptly forgot all about them until later when I came back into the kitchen and smelt burnt biscuits.
So instead of wasting them by throwing out the raw dough, I wasted a bunch of energy and threw out cooked biscuits instead.

FORT VANCOUVER WAS BUILT OVER THE WINTER OF 1824-5, and in April 1825 the fort was completed and old Fort George, at the mouth of the Columbia River, was abandoned. Fort Vancouver occupied two positions on the river over the years, and it was also enlarged a number of times. For most of that time, I've enabled "tips" in case anyone felt so inclined after receiving something I made & gave away.
In ~35 years I don't think anyone has ever tipped me. Occasionally I will hear how a freely-licensed work was reused by someone. I have audio in #Minecraft for example, and possibly FNaF and other games.
But... tips? No.

Always awesome when you do a big refactoring in a messy part of the code base just to realise that the new code can not really work at all. It's now tidy, but lacks some important aspects that nobody (aka me) thought about. Adding those aspects will make it a mess again, just a different mess.

Supposedly playing a short set with the trio at an outdoor event later today.
