AI art ages like milk. My hype fast-tracks to rejection, and I’ve lost all interest in authors who use it. Give me "bad" human art any day; its flaws have a soul that a prompt can’t mimic. There’s something outstanding about real, messy creativity that makes AI feel empty. #ai #Art #badart

Ich habe auch mit bildgebenden LLMs experimentiert in den letzten Jahren. Was mich dabei erstaunt: wie schnell und schlecht die Bilder/Images altern. Wie schnell meine Begeisterung in Ablehnung umschlägt. Wie wenig Lust ich habe, Autor:innen zu lesen, die KI Illus nutzen. Wie stark mein Widerstand ist, und wie herausragend eigene Kunst nu sein kann auch wenn sie “schlecht” ist; im Sinne von “Bad art”.

It really makes you think about how failure can be in the eye of the beholder because there was some cool art here!
