Messing around with adding a bit more character to the dice. The left versus the right. Being able to click on the dice definitely adds to the gameplay feeling.

Welcome to 2026! This year I have 41 #quilting projects planned. There are several experiments in there, as well as a few specific gifts to be made/given during the year. Whatever doesn't get made/finished this year will roll over to next year.

I've been giving away creative works in various forms (#fiction, software, photos, etc.) for somewhere around 35 years.
For most of that time, I've enabled "tips" in case anyone felt so inclined after receiving something I made & gave away.
In ~35 years I don't think anyone has ever tipped me. Occasionally I will hear how a freely-licensed work was reused by someone. I have audio in #Minecraft for example, and possibly FNaF and other games.
But... tips? No.

My first woodshop project! An evening course through my city adult education dept. It is a compost sifting screen and it works great! Woodshop is only offered at one jr high in town - and not at all at the high school. That’s a crime IMO. #woodshop #makestuff. Added: my kid in college came home and helped me staple the mesh on and got a wee bit carried away. Staple guns are fun.

New paint! Been rocking my monoprice mech w/ browns for about 2 years and it was overhaul time. Cleaned the switches/board with MAF cleaner, Windex, and compressed air. Keycaps took a 5min trip in sonic cleaner with hot water and dawn.
Keys got a couple coats each of Rust-Oleum satin (stone gray and oasis blue). Decided against preserving the legends on the keys. Eventually I'll just order a new set of caps, so this was sort of a fun stopgap.
