Heerlijk om op een vrije dag lekker in de #Lochal te zitten en te lezen in tijdschriften.
Maar.... ieder ander gesprek krijg ik óók mee en mijn hoofd is al zo vol...... Ik zoek meteen een lege omgeving.
Zou dat te maken hebben met mijn #monkeymind ? Telkens andere gedachten omdat ik me niet op 1 ding kan concentreren?
