No more mix of noise. Instead, I’ve set up #MastoDeck as a monitoring station, focused entirely on curated lists that actually fuel me & my projects. Total autonomy and focus.

Des muss wieder runter in die Iconleiste und per Drag eingestellt werden.
Kostet sonst zuviele Mäuse.

Ich finde ja wirklich sehr ungern Dinge gut, die im #Fediverse irgendwie an Twitter erinnern, aber #MastoDeck mag ich sehr. Wärmstens denen empfohlen, die früher TweetDeck nutzten, bevor es teuer wurde.

Salut @textoo . Je suis en train d'utiliser @statuzer . Petite question, est-il possible de faire du multicompte sur une même instance Mastodon dessus ? C'est possible sur Sengi mais là j'arrive pas à trouver comment le faire sur Statuzer.

Sinon, j'adore ! j'ai vu qu'on peut faire des threads dessus. :'-) Ça c'est la méga classe !

Ich geb' zu, einige anderen Design-Entscheidungen im MastoDeck wie das zweizeilige CN sind auch nicht meins.
Eine Pro-UI, mit viel content-space und nicht-mehrzeiligem Metashit würde ich bevorzugen.
Mir reichen kleine Buttons, Mouseovers etc.
Das neue Profil-MouseOver z.B. finde ich super.

Beim #Zwitschervogel war ich nie... wenn Du (das ehemalige) #Tweetdeck meinst, vom Namen her würde #MastoDeck nahekommen... 😁

Du kannst aber auch die #Mastodon-Weboberfläche selbst umschalten auf eine Art erweiterte Ansicht... (habe die genaue Bezeichnung gerade nicht im Kopf).

Wann ▶️ funktionsfähige #Bandcamp -link preview im feed, #mastodeck?
Seems the default preview layout breaks core usabilty.

Checking out the listed web / desktop #apps for #Mastodon most of them are really underwhelming. They even fail to describe on why one should use them. I didn't find a single desktop app which was worth installing, just from the information provided on their webpage. Multiaccount usage is irrelevant to me, for now.

So I've spent some time playing around with different #Mastodon webclients. Out of #ElkZone, #Litterbox, #Pinafore, #Phanpy, #Trunks, #Mastodeck and #Brutaldon I've found Elk and Pinafore to be my favorites (single column, clean look and sufficiently large text).

Was wondering if anyone know of any other great web clients though as always looking for new ones (especially self-hostable).

Love the plethora of clients available in the Fediverse! 😄

Is #mastodeck @mastodeck down for everyone else?

If you were a fan of Tweetdeck (the multi column timeline for Twitter), you will perhaps be aware of a similar feature on the Mastodon web client: "Enable advanced web interface" under your preference.

Still in beta, but very stable, and highly configurable. Some features we've all come to expect are still missing, but very promising.

Is #Mastodeck dead?

Per i nostalgici di #TweetDeck che desiderano replicare l'esperienza (con tutti i limiti del caso) su #Mastodon, segnaliamo #MastoDeck.

Lo sviluppo é un po' in stallo, tuttavia é un'interfaccia che offre spunti interessanti.

Prossimamente dedicheremo un articolo all'interfaccia web avanzata di Mastodon: se ben impostata può offrire un'ottima esperienza d'uso. 😉
