#Oxford: what was the emergency on the #Marston #cyclePath on Sunday afternoon? I came through the path at 15:30 just as masses of police arrived at the Linacre end. (had to swerve into the road to avoid being doored by one of the TVP vehicles).

The cattle grid by the Uni side is flooded (3.30 pm), so pedestrians will get wet feet without waterproof footwear; the sides of the cyclopath after the grid were flooded.
