I just racked the Pilsner Jungbier over to the lagering tank and I tried some of it.
It is still very sweet (1.012 SG) but the sulphur is gone and there is honeymelon 😍
It is nothing like a Pilsner because it lacks bitterness and I think it will get a bit cloying after one glass but I am pretty sure this is going to be a decent beer.
So on to the three weeks of lagering at 8°C. What this beer needs is some clarity.

Flight at Street Car Brewing, North Vancouver, during the North Van Arts Crawl.
Very pleasant and nice bitter crisp hazy!
Burnt caramel and smokey DPI , very unexpected and awesome .
