¹ it doesn't even seem to be the beginning of *any* GR mailing list activity, just the preserved history of the current list.

#AWS denied my request to use #SES for our community mailing lists. Fine.

Anyone have a recommendation for an #email delivery service for a ~200 member closed mailing list? I've been struggling with deliverability and reputation.

@jarango I'm on the Internet since 1994. (Same month the Netscape Navigator web browser hit the day of light, making the WWW a much better place to browse through.) So yes, I'm ancient.

I've been an avid information worker ever since.

And I never ever subscribed to any #mailinglist or #newsletter.

It would turn my #email process a miserable place to be.

Any organization doing some auto-signup is begging me to extend my killfile, making it impossible to reach me in future.

(#gmane was my dear friend though as I've very much loved the #usenet. And I still think people should re-adapt it as it solved many problems people are having these days.)

Après tout, le protocole du #fediverse c'est un peu le même principe que #nntp, et si on veut pousser le bouchon un peu plus loinprofond, qu'en est-il du gazillion de #mailingList où l'inscription est quasiment libre ?

Hello la communauté Masto ! Je cherche une solution (si possible gratuite) pour envoyer des newsletters aux quelques adhérents d'un petit ciné-club. (moins de 100 pers.) On a une adresse mail chez Zaclys. J'ai fait un compte sur Brevo, mais je me rend compte que ce genre d'usine à gaz, n'est pas ce que je cherche. Je cherche le truc le plus simple du monde. (ou alors, je le fais à la main… mais bon…)
