The "Zacharia" = 5 days, beating the old record of 11 days, aka the "Scaramucci" or said another way, the "Zacharia" = about 1/2 of a "Scaramucci"! π https://www.cnn.com/2026/10/16/politics/katie-zacharia-press-secretary #PressSecretary #WhiteHouse #POTUS #Press #Media #USGov #News #NewsCoverage #PressConference #Politics
Houston - we have a trend!
Do you get the feeling the US Congress is full of a bunch of do nothing, lay about, shiftless slackers? Apparently it might be true!
The 119th US Congress enacted 121 laws since it convened in January 2025 - the 2nd fewest of any Congress in the past four decades. Only the 118th Congress (the previous one) had enacted fewer laws (106) by this point in its two-year term. https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2026/10/15/so-far-the-119th-congress-is-among-the-least-productive-of-the-past-40-years/ #Government #USCongress #USGov #Congress #Laws #Washington #Productivity #Slackers #Lazy #PewResearch #Regulation
