#KidsFirst? "Die Bedingungen in den Kitas sind kaum noch zu verantworten", so Doreen Siebernik, Vorstandsmitglied Jugendhilfe und Sozialarbeit der GEW. "Es gibt Häuser mit einem Krankenstand von über 50%." Oft gehe es "nur noch um Verwahrung". Grassierende Infektionen, aber auch allgemeine Erschöpfung und eine ungewöhnlich hohe Fluktuation in der Belegschaft ließen es nicht mehr zu, allen Kindern gerecht zu werden.
