Eerily similar to early #GCF meetings ten years ago: Similar issues (doing #climatefinance differently, direct access, role of WB), similar rhetoric, even some of the same delegates.

Global finance flows are picking up (https://www.climatepolicyinitiative.org/publication/global-landscape-of-climate-finance-2023/), but funding for adaptation is still severely lacking (https://www.unep.org/resources/adaptation-gap-report-2023).
