well that just makes me really sad that someone I'd just been praising yesterday should pass away today. 😢 except - god damn, talk about health longevity. so I'm going to have to add that to my list of traits that I admire and would like to follow in her path of.

102 was the same age that my MomMom was when she passed away. While sadly she was not out and about like Iris by that age, she did have some pretty fantastic style, if I do say so myself.

Last night someone asked me to name someone older who I admired and I said Iris Apfel. I mean, to have that much style and character and still be out there doing what she loves at 102!

And now tonight I learn that she passed away today 😢
