Maybe add a strap over one or both feet like an #accordion bass strap?

I wish there was a basse aux pieds / foot bass variant that produced drones like a harmonium or shruti boxI think the standard ones only produce sounds on the press?
It would need a secondary reservoir bellows to allow for continuous airflow — that would be pretty cool 😎
