There’s a whole alternate universe where the chord organ with chord buttons on the left are everywhere 🎹

And the Denver based PianAccord reed organ took off in the 1950s and became the standard for all keyboard instruments 🪗

I did some #chordOrgan threads on Twitter which might have featured more #Accorgan [edit: #Pianaccord] photos (did I spell it right, with two c’s?) there’s a patent. They were made by this Accordion company in Denver

Came out right as the accordion peaked in the mid 50s, so never had a chance against the rise of amplification

@UkuleleG3orge has one! And says it’s quite short to fit his knees under🦵
