I can’t say I deeply understand the technicalities behind how co-ops are a better structure than others

But I am very grateful for the housing co-op I live in here in 💸 #Vancouver that makes my rent less than $800 a month for what across the street they charge $1,400

And our @accordionnoir show has been broadcasting weekly on #CoopRadio 📻 without which my life would have been on some different track these last 20 years 🪗
