When we came in from our walk yesterday, this eastern phoebe (Sayornis phoebe) was sitting on the backside of the fence in the backyard. This was the closest I've been to one of these and the only time I've seen one in the backyard.

Over two years ago, while strolling with my dogs, Ben and Charlie, I spotted an eastern phoebe (Sayornis phoebe) perched gracefully along my path.
