  6. Self driving cars are closer to full implementation every day and I've believed that they eventually will kill car ownership. Cars sit idle for the majority of a day so why not call up a self driving vehicle when needed and eliminate all ownership costs. Plus IMO public transit will be more of a focus for cities, large and small.

    And now the subscription model is making inroads to further erode car ownership.
