Strolling through my garden this morning, I couldn't help but admire the lovely Lamium maculatum.
Its heart-shaped leaves, splashed with silver, create a lush carpet beneath my roses, while the delicate pink blooms dance in the breeze.
This little powerhouse thrives in shade and is a gardener's dream for filling those tricky spots.

Good morning everyone!
Fresh day, so why not start with a fresh flower. This #deadnettle grew in a nearby forest and I love the small patches of green and yellow that they form on the ground.
This one was shot with my #macro lens while crouching on the ground, I do miss a folding screen on my camera to be honest.
