Bilan des pâtes carbo veganes, d'après cette recette https://cuisineveganepourdebutant.com/2015/11/17/pates-a-la-carbonara-veganes/ : c'est pas mal. Ça ne remplacera jamais dans mon cœur de vraies carbonara mais ça se mange. Même si je ne suis pas ultra fan de l'arrière goût de la crème de soja et du tofu fumé.
Par contre on est d'accord que la purée de sésame nature c'est dégueulasse ?
