I've been fortunate to travel to many far-flung places, but the Lake District, which is less than a two-hour drive from where we live, is one of the most beautiful places on Earth 🌍

We had a really nice day out today at the Bluebird K7 Festival. We saw it in the water and we heard the jet engine power up (loud!) but they had a technical problem then the conditions got too rough. But great to see it on Coniston again

#Coniston not looking at it's best today but still lovely to be out on the #bike. My nephew is over from Sweden so this was his first time outside on a bike for several months and his first taste of Lake District hills. He found the up OK but the down a bit terrifying.
