Today I paid one of my regular visits to the de Havilland Museum just birth of London. I've been here about five times now, all in the last ten years. Each time I love it.
It's a small, rather intimate, working #museum that celebrates the remarkable work, design and outstanding #aircraft of de Havilland including 3 Mosquitos (including the only surviving piston engine WWII prototype), Vixens, Venoms, Comets (both the racer and the jetliner), the fab Queen Bee and Gipsy powered moths.
Highly recommend it for anyone interested in aircraft.
