Yürüyüş sezonunu dün açtım.
Dün 12.5km, bugün ise 20km yürüdüm.
1.70 boyundayım ve bacaklarım çok uzun olmasa da abartılı görünmeyecek kadar hızlı tempoda yürürüm.
Gençken daha hızlı yürürdüm, ama yaşlandıkça gelen kondisyon azalması yüzünden yürüyüşümü yeni kalp ritmime uydurmak için yürüyüş kadansımı çok az düşürdüm.
Bugün 20km'yi 4 saatten biraz fazla sürede yürüdüm!
