As I got a new #bike, I installed a new #cadence sensor (as I forgot to move over the old one when trading it in), and noticed they recommended a cadence of 100+
Like wtf?!? Do those people not have gears? Just came back from a ride with an average cadence of 56 and 23,6 km/h, and doubling those seems insane (though adding 20% wouldn't be bad).
Does anybody else have strong opinions about cadence? Or perhaps #lawn care or #couches or other important topics?
