Falls jemand auf die Idee kommen sollte mal eben die Türgriffe zu tauschen... Vorher hinterfragen warum die alte Blende krumm montiert und so riesig ist.
So habe ich jetzt die ausgerissenen und viel zu großen Löcher mit Multiplexstücken kleiner geleimt und das ganze dann mit Holzkitt aus Leim und Schleifstaub verfüllert. Dann frisch lackiert (paar mal bis keine Insekten mehr drin waren und das Ergebnis ansehentlich)... Was für ein Aufwand.

So, mal den #Luftentfeuchter mit #tasmota ausgestattet: Ein #Shelly Plus 1 gaukelt dem Teil einen vollen Wassertank vor (Relaiskontakt in Serie mit Reed-Relais für den Schwimmschalter). Jetzt darf das Teil immer rennen wenn #pvuberschuss vorhanden ist und den sinnvoll verbrauchen.
Vorteil der Lösung: Vorhandene Elektronik im Lüftentfeuchter bleibt unangetastet, Lüfter läuft nach Kompressor noch etwas nach gegen Schimmelbildung in den Kühllamellen, Ausschaltzeit Kompressor (damit er nicht gegen Gegendruck anlaufen muss) bleibt eingehalten, 100% open source software und keine wirre China-Android-Only-Spy-App mit Cloudzwang.
Zwar braucht das Teil nur ~200 Watt, aber Kleinvieh macht auch mist und die Luftfeuchte im Keller ist ja wohl träge genug um bis zum Sonnenschein zu warten.
Prinzipiell könnte ich hier auch auf Luftfeuchte-Sensoren regeln, aber die interne Abschaltung bei erreichen von x%rel.hum. reicht erstmal.

Paket mit #dhl_fail versendet. Im Paketshop hat man vergessen das Paket zu frankieren (nur mein Adressaufkleber drauf). Paket kam an, 20€ extra für Empfänger da unfrankiert. Drei verschiedene Support-Mailadressen ausprobiert bis eine tat... Jetzt warten auf Antwort.
Das ganze für 5€ Warenwert...

Gestern im #Repaircafe eine #Zedure #Solarflow gehabt. Akkukommunikation ok (wird richtig erkannt), PV Spannung wird durchgeschalten (Relais) bzw. auf Akku gegeben 54 Volt). Lädt bzw. entlädt aber nicht. Der Support stellt sich quer (x Mails hin und her). Anderer Akku und anderes Anschlusskabel behebt das Problem nicht. Sicherungen sind ganz. Softwareupdate hat nichts gebracht. Softwarefehler? Macht das BMS im Winter schlapp (Problem besteht seitdem)?
Da nur 1 Jahr alt nur mal die rudimentäre Funktionsprüfung durchgeführt.
Sind ähnliche Fälle bekannt?

Long long time ago, the official ICQ client allowed #flash avatars. It was possible to use custom flash avatars (from a webserver controlled by me) by uploading a special XML file pointing to that URL using the Miranda (?) ICQ plugin.
The flash avatars allowed #ActionScript and the flash player was running as local user. The intended use case was animated avatars (I send a smiley and the avatar smiles).
I crafted a flash file that displayed a static picture (so nobody will notice its a flash avatar), but opened a http connection to my server and waited for commands. I just used this to run "play this mp3 from that URL" and prank people and never used it for something evil. Never tried to figure out what was possible in terms of local access etc. and never disclosed this possibility until now.

Anyone controlling a #huawei r4850g2 power supply/battery charger via #canbus from a #raspberrypi running #venusOS with #nodered and a #candlelight usb adapter?
On one side, I am so deep in this rabbit hole that its not much more effort to implement the canbus communication and control algorithms in node-red or call call the C program https://www.beyondlogic.org/review-huawei-r4850g2-power-supply-53-5vdc-3kw/ ; On the other side I want to avoid to reinvent the wheel and focus on interesting stuff and not debugging can communication.
I read a forum discussion about people integrating the charger in their #victronenergy system, but they never wrote how they did it - apparently some kind of #mqtt #dbus bridge emulating a Victron charger with the actual communication done by some ESP8266/33; other people just set a default voltage/current and use it to top up their offgrid system with a small generator.

In todays #carrepair: #Renault #Scenic II part number 8200500323 removal.
To access the antenna, the head liner needs to be removed partially. To remove the head liner, the plastic side covers need to be removed, first (on both sides). There are a LOT of plastic clips and just a few torx 20 screws. The trunk light needs to be unplugged. The white plastic parts can stay in the car. I had to be careful to remove the trunk window area plastic parts from the white supporting part. The clips are quite hard to undo.

#SteckerPV Autarkie 13,6% ; Eigennutzung 94% ; 16€ gespart. Dafür, dass die Module für sehr flache Wintersonne eher ungünstig positioniert sind ein ganz gutes Ergebnis. Ab einem gewissen Neigungswinkel gibts dann gleich viel weniger Abschattung, ich erwarte also bald einen deutlichen Zuwachs. Die Loggerei ist jetzt noch mal verbessert, endlich minutengenaue Livedaten und kein manuelles ablesen 1x/Monat mehr. -
