While getting close to my 1st 1000km with #Renault #EV #Twingo 2026, I have to say it is a great piece of machinery.
Fast, comfortable, spacious (for its size), and super efficient! Average 5-day commute that we use it, we spend around 50% of its battery and the 11kW charge takes a little over 1h to replenish it.
Still can't wrap my head around the fact, that 50% of its battery costs about 2€ (charging only at home).

The price argument against #EVs is quickly evaporating. We have affordable and fun #cars like the #Renault 5 and #Hyundai #Inster, we have manufacturers selling their electric vans for the same price as ICE. The #Kia #PV5 is challenging all in the compact van space, regardless of power source. And I just noticed that the cheapest crew cab #pickup in Finland, regardless of power source, is the #KGM #Musso #EV.
Now part of that is high taxes on ICE versions, but even before tax, prices are close.

So far about 80km with close to 40% used. With 200kg of additional weight in the car, AC at all times and mostly up/down hill roads, it looks like about 200km per full charge with no compromises at all. Very pleased with this urban car! 🚘

Love it! My second car (when it will be up for an upgrade) will be also electric & automatic. This is how driving should feel like. One pedal, wheel, and everything else on automatic. Also, self-installed 22kW charger is working as intended.
