Don't see the logic in that. I can't figure out how I'd ever let myself do that, no matter the coin it generated. So in tonight’s not-very-exciting adventures of a #MentalHealth #nurse, I went out to conduct an emergency assessment of a lady tonight who gestured for me to take a seat on her couch. The couch was covered in a blanket. I thanked her and sat down.
It took about 15 seconds for me to think the seat was a bit damp, but I didn’t want to offend her and stayed where I was.
It was probably three minutes later that the odour reached me and I realised I was sitting on a blanket soaked with cat pee. The cat then appeared from behind the couch and gave me side-eye as it strutted past me. I moved along the couch slightly, but the damage was done.
After the assessment was completed, I returned to the office and spent the remaining eight hours of my shift stinking of cat piss.
So that was my fun Sunday night. How was yours?
