Why US House intends to punish institutions? It has the key in its hands. It can just give the whole budget of the country to #IsraelTerroristState and everything is over. No voices, no rejections, anything.

  13. Look, what's happening to Autistici/Inventati is horrible and catastrophic, and all people of good sense should stand against this dictatorial move and in solidarity with the collective.

But please, please, stop using cheap rhetoric such as "being anti-antifa makes you a fascist". That is not honest, nor necessary, and weakens the credibility of our arguments.

If I am "anti-anti-Satanist", that does not necessarily make me a Satanist. Because an "anti-Satanist" might be defined as someone who opposes the cult of Satan as a religion or social practice, which I think should be entirely a private matter, and hence I would oppose the opposition on this ground alone.

Now, granted, fascism is not "a private matter", so the example above does not apply verbatim. But "antifa" has a specific sociocultural connotation, which people might adhere to or not without necessarily being fascists.

I'm not saying anything about whether being antifa is good or bad (I am antifascist, but that's not the point), but double negation does not work that way in language. And why would you put yourself in such a rhetorical trap anyway?

Because that doesn't matter at all in this situation!

The stakes here are higher than fa-VS-antifa: we are witnessing the final assault, launched by a coalition of megacorporations and corrupted governments, in the war on freedom of thought and communication, which started in 2001, and escalated in 2020 during COVID. Global surveillance, infowar, AI-mageddon, age and identity verification, lock-in of operating systems... there is a reason why everything is happening at the same time.

We can fight back. But we need every gram of credibility we can get.

The US is the aggressor in the war against #Iran. A war it's been waging via sanctions for decades just as it has against #Cuba. The US is an imperialist, colonialist genocider and war profiteer and has been from the beginning. We took that role over for the #UK after WW2.

USians need to confront and reckon with that truth. At the core, this is a nation founded in violence, land theft, slavery, genocide, settler colonialism and grift.

In some ways Trump is the most honest and pure manifestation of the US. If you think his lies, willingness to do violence and his grift are an anomaly then you have not been paying attention.

Learn the history, it's all right there.
