  1. Kombucha success!
    I made homemade kombucha and bottled up 6 bottles of the brew. Added some unsweetened pure cranberry juice and I have a wonderful beverage.

    The key was to filter it through a fine mesh screen, layered with double layers of cheesecloth.

    Smooth and fizzy with z cranberry tang!
