  15. Something on kombucha brewing. I read some experienced kombucha brewers do not burp their bottles as it will decarbonate the drink. In order to try this out, I bought bottles with a flip top that can withstand 10Bar, which I understand is quite a lot. For my F2, I thus keep the bottles closed and confined in a cooler box - after some days I transfer them to the fridge. I have great carbonation, which to me is atractive in kombucha. Latest batch with pears and fig leaves!

  29. Another kombucha processing day. This time I took a bunch of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, blended and strained them, and then added them for the second ferment. The liquid is a lovely dark red. Hopefully it will be a bit bubbly in time for brunch on Sunday.
