If you're ever craving that personal pan frozen microwave pizza you may or may not have eaten at school but can't eat gluten, Daiya's dairy-free oat cream-based cheese gluten-free pizza tastes exactly the same and has (mostly) the same consistency if you cook it at 420β°F for 22 minutes and add a good amount of dairy mozzarella cheese on top. It's not my favorite gluten-free frozen pizza, but it fills the gap and takes me back.

Bought some #Daiya parmesan cheese today for our spaghetti dinner and they sure got it down...right to the stink. It's been so long since we have used real cheese of any kind that I forgot how smelly Parmesan cheese is.

Yoooo, went to a different bargain mart today in another city and found they also carried this: Daiya grilling cheeze, and friends it is absolutely the best of the 4 daiya cheezes I've tried. I ate a package of it over the course of an hour. The stiffness feels entirely appropriate to this one and flavor is legit.
