I'm experimenting with the use of #neopronouns ae/aer because I don't connect to gender at all.
Aesthetically, I fall on the feminine side of things, though only just.
My stated #pronouns are ae/aer for those who want to use neopronouns, and she/her for those who prefer traditional pronouns. However, I'm also fine with they/them, or really anything but he/him.
I'd love to connect with other #nonbinary, #agender folks, or other #neopronoun users. #xenogender welcome too.

I'm going through some stuff right now and my #anxiety is off the charts. I also have a very important meeting this morning that I'm pretty nervous about. Trying to spend the morning in quiet #meditation and #prayer to #Arachne to help me navigate the maze that is my own anxiety right now. CW: photophobia, sun exposure
My #photophobia is real today. Was outside yesterday in the sun chatting with friends for about an hour. Wore FL-41 lenses as always, but my fairer-than-fair skin burned.
Today any light brighter than our dim interior lights is physically painful even with the lenses on, and my brain feels like scrambled eggs. Not sure if this is because of the sun exposure from yesterday or related to last week's #migraine. Either way, camping out with blackout curtains today.

@kidagreen Preach! My #adhd is triggered by #photophobia, and often leads to migraines. Dark mode is my constant companion. Have you looked into FL-41 lenses? They were a life changer for me. Right now I'm working in my office... *with the lights on*. Which would absolutely never have happened normally.

@agkozak Oh man. For me #photophobia started in earnest post-Covid. My desk in my home office was next to a window. After I recovered from Covid, I noticed I was having a lot of trouble concentrating, to the point that I would literally end every day just angry at everything. It usually led to a headache, often blossoming into a migraine.
I moved my office to a spare room, put up blackout curtains, and invested in FL-41 glasses (shoutout to #Theraspecs). Life changing.
