Listening in on the #GlobalLandscapeForum Finance for Nature conference taking place in #Luxembourg today. The numbers are mind-boggling, especially that we have "2-3 years left on the clock to solve our problems". Interestingly "investing in climate adaptation and biodiversity conservation is highly profitable". We just need to do it!

++ Detection of green roofs by mundialis ++
Green roofs improve a building's climate, help save energy for heating or air conditioning, and protect the roofing membrane. They support biodiversity by providing a habitat for insects.
We have developed a method that automatically detects and classifies green roofs using digital orthophotos and 2.5D point clouds. It identifies #buildings with green roofs versus sealed areas. Contact us at https://www.mundialis.de/ -
The source code of #actinia, our #cloud based #geodata processing engine has moved!

In addition to actinia-core, the plugins, an actinia-introduction/, the actinia-python-client, a list of processing-examples, and much more are now located here.
