Der zweite Release Candidate für #Mapbender 5.0.0 ist draußen, dazu mapbender-starter 5.0.0-RC2 und mapbender-digitizer 3.0.0-RC3.
Seit RC1 sind rund 220 Commits eingeflossen.

Schwerpunkt #OGCAPIFeatures: neue Quelle mit Hover-Tooltips, FeatureInfo druckt jetzt aus allen Quellentypen, auch aus #VectorTiles. Dazu Druck mit eigenen Schriftarten und viele Bugfixes.

Just published a tutorial about using GRASS for a viewshed workflow that employs an observer-relevant surface to selectively represent obstructions that effectively block line of sight at pedestrian height. Just updated my 'Species Distribution Modeling in GRASS' reader 📘. Right in time for our upcoming module for my 'Earth, data-analysis and visualization students at #HASgreenacademy 😅

Mostly small changes about the organization of results. The least exciting part of modeling, but it can absolutely mess up your workflow if not done right. Hopefully this lands before students learn that the hard way. 🤔

I just stumbled across the site 'Interoperable Europe.' It seems worth looking into (https://interoperable-europe.ec.europa.eu/). It is an initiative of the European Commission to stimulate public sector interoperability.

There isn't much (yet) on Geo-spatial tools, but at least #grassgis is there :-). Time for #osgeo / #foss apps to be added?
