Heute mit Charlie an einer Baustelle vorbeigekommen. Zwei Arbeiter kommen raus, einer schmeißt sein Werkzeug auf die Ladefläche und macht die Tür zum Fahrersitz auf, als ich gerade vor ihm stehe. Nature can be really cool at times. Take the two myna birds which have been commuting on Sydney’s North Shore line. Regularly.
One woman alerted a guard to two birds trapped on the train.
"To her surprise, the guard responded that they “always” caught the train, jumping on and off between Lindfield and Artarmon – supposedly to scrounge for food."
While their carbon footprint was already insignificant, the mynas should be applauded for setting an example and making good use of public transport.
