I'm feeling there's another u ndiagnosed medical thing happening.
Maybe its a dysautonomia- but there's no test for that.
Thus i need engagement from docs...

This is maybe not the way to do it, but I'm at my wits end and I know I follow several doctors, nurses and other medical professionals here.

Here's the deal - I have debilitating muscle spasms in my legs, torso, feet, toes and occasionally hands and arms, as well as some sort of spasm issue that occasionally affects swallowing and bladder control. I lose my voice from time to time, but not in a laryngitis sort of way. It affects my sleep and I'm terrified of having a spasm in public..I had one yesterday at a friend's house. It's embarrassing and terrifying and I'm worried I'm going to fall over in public sometimes.

At this point I take a prescription muscle relaxant, but my doctor has told me there is no real way to know what causes muscle spasms and I'll have to learn to live with it. 1/
