It's funny that the Shift key was used as a run in very early games like Rogue (yes it's the same game which gave the name rogue-like) and Moria uses it as such, when you use the Rogue keys. I noticed that just yesterday, when I tried Moria again. And because I'm playing it on a laptop, I don't have a numpad, so switched to the Rogue keys.
