The weather has been slowly improving and the showers greening things up. It has meant opportunities for a nice lunch time walk which has been much needed this week while we have been dealing with layoffs and position eliminations 🙁

The goal of this project was to take a photo, posterize it, and make three paintings. One monochromatic, one complementary, and one analogous. I’m really happy with the way the middle one turned out, but I think the other two turned out a bit dark.
The first image is the final product. The rest are the process. The last image is the image I started out with.
