Okee, dus van de AH maaltijdsalade is het niet meer gekomen, maar ik heb nog wel even de legendarische cromprouce meegekregen.
Ik ben niet een enorme tompoucefan (de glazuur is mij echt te zoet, maar de room is doorgaans wel lekker), maar na alle ophef over de crompouce op Twitter, was ik toch wel benieuwd.
Mij was verteld dat hij oorspronkelijk bedacht was door Van Maanen (fact check? anyone?), dus daar ben ik hem dan maar gaan halen.
Reikhalzend uitgekeken naar een roze maansikkel, maar niet gevonden. Wel deze "glitter kerst croissant" gevonden, met witte chocolade in plaats van glazuur.
Croissant is wat dikker dan dat bladerdeeg, waardoor de room-deeg verhouding wat beter is, maar de topping is wel nog steeds te zoet. En ook: ik had nog geen strategie voor het eten van een crompouce. Glitter en glim waren wel erg leuk.
