" Alexander the Great appears in a mural on Rigel in SNW S2Ep4. There is a character in TOS who is from Earth and has lived for eons named Flint who claimed he was Alexander. He also created a synthetic life form well before Data. Lanthanite?
In TOS: What are Little Girls Made Of? Roger Korby goes to Exo III and discovers technology of a long-gone civilization. The remaining synthezoid there, Ruk, refers to them as “The Old Ones”. Lanthanites? Catspaw also makes a reference to them.
Pelia, a Lanthanite, is an engineer and has a huge collection of ancient world artifacts just like Flint in TOS.

Zuletzt beendete #DoctorWho Story: The Resurrection Plant" von Will Hadcroft, gelesen von Frazer Hines. Mit dem 2nd Doctor, Zoe und Jamie - und mehr #Timelords als man annehmen würde. KLF's book The Manual is one of the most on the spot critiques of pop music wrapped in a "how to have a #1 the easy way" guidebook or your $$ back. Everyone should read it even if you're not in music. It applies to life.
It is out of print and copies sell in the hundreds (what did i do with my copy!!??).

Revisiting pictures from many years ago. This was one taken of me by a TARDIS and a Cyberman. The location was just outside Frodsham in a small retail park. This was a shop that sold crystals and opposite was a candle shop run by Bob Carolgees of Spit the dog fame. This was taken in August 2006.

I haven't watched the video for The #TimeLords wonderful #DrWho song, for donkey's years. It's better than I remembered! That silly American cop car got so many TV gigs back then too!
I guess they had to hire a helicopter or balloon for the high shots too! And those special effects. Big budget production!

Little known fact... I came up with the idea of the Doctor eventually finding Gallifrey only to discover that the Cybermen had converted the Time Lords.
This was about 6 or so years ago.... Coincidence, I THINK NOT! 🤣

Now imagine if #MrFinch aka #BrotherLassar (so wonderfully portrayed by Sir #AnthonyHead) had made the #SkasisParadigm proposal to #TheDoctor later during his run, when he was travelling alone again, such as just before he faced the consequences of him acting as #TimeLordVictorious...
I'm quite sure he'd taking him up on his offer...I think I would have liked to see a couple of episode with an alternate timeline where he was made that offer without his current and former ¹ companions to remind him of what's important to him.
¹ (it was so lovely to see #SarahJaneSmith again... Reminds me that I should still watch her spin-off series some day...)
