This book actually belonged to my late grandfather. My grandfather's grandfather or my great-great-grandfather bought this book when they were walking in a flea market, either in the late 1960s or early 1970s. My grandfather himself told me this.

A young Australian reporter tries to navigate the political turmoil of #Indonesia during the rule of President #Sukarno with the help of a diminutive photographer.
A watered down coverage of the horror of #Kissinger orchestrated #military coup on Indonesia and the horror that followed it, turned into a romantic wishy-washy story.But it is entertaining and you can see some hints of the horror in between the main BS story.
