The "wrench" here is that T****'s lawyers are arguing the law allowing for Special Prosecutors is itself "#unconstitutional" b/c the #FoundingFathers never included it in the #Constitution.

May I point out the Constitution includes the right to build roads more than 100 years before the invention of the car. Saying the DoJ can't appoint a #SpecialProsecutor b/c it's not in the Constitution" is like saying it has no authority to build Interstate Highways. 🙄

If there was any better indication that #Garland and the #DOJ are going to #whitewash #Trump’s criming, I can’t imagine what it would be.

The AG made the right decision to appoint a special counsel to review the classified documents found in Pres. Biden's offices and home. Mr. Hur appears to be someone who will make determinations based on the facts and the law. That is what being a country under the rule of law means.
