Pro-Trump attorney Kenneth #Chesebro pleaded guilty in October to “conspiracy to commit filing false documents” in the case filed by #FultonCounty District Attorney #FaniWillis. She has charged Trump plus 18 others for trying to overturn the 2020 election.

Chesebro has explained how #Trump’s campaign “scrambled to fly copies of the phony [EC] certificates from Michigan and Wisconsin” in time for #January6th certification.

I have an urgent question about the #SpeedyTrial for the #Georgia #RICO case which no one has addressed. Is #JurySelection considered part of the trial, or does that have to happen *before* the trial can commence? There is currently a case in Georgia where they have been trying to select a jury for 6 months. If a Jury has to be chosen *before* the trial can commence, I don't see how #FaniWillis can start the trial on time.
