The classified-documents case was hampered by rulings from Florida judge #Aileen #Cannon, who at one point dismissed Smith’s indictment.
Smith authored a report into his prosecutions, and the portion covering the election interference case was released prior to Biden leaving office.

Unfortunately, I agree with Jonty's predictions for the future.
#Trump and his ilk have only just started, and although it is not a lot in the news, they are very focused on making sure that either there is no requirement for new elections or that they won't be as accessible anymore for #USA citizens.
Merrick #Garland has a lot of soul searching to do. In retrospect, instead of securing America from a felon who instigated January 6, he seems to have been "twiddling his thumbs".

I’d like to thank Merrick Garland for working so hard to look politically unbiased so Trump could have a second chance to completely destroy American democracy and install himself as dictator.

Each time the #court kicks the can down the road again the window to impede illegal action lessens. And #SCOTUS will quickly provide 'relief' to #trump #doj et al & grant blanket permission to proceed full speed ahead via #shadowdocket. Anyone else notice that #Trump has not ONCE gone after #MerrickGarland for okaying the Special Counsel charges against him? Not once🤔
I still blame #Garland for where we are now....#DonaldTrump should never have been allowed on that ballot. He should have been immediately arrested on Jan 20, 2021 and held without bail and tried for treason. Period.
