Red Don cannot be allowed to realize his threat of a Republican “takeover” of state #elections.
He is advocating for nothing less than the violent overthrow of the Constitution of the United States. Simply promoting such an idea is #sedition (18 U.S.C. § 2385) and is punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison.
Any attempt at all to advance this seditious agenda should immediately result in impeachment, removal, and arrest and detention pending trial.

Well yeah. The agency could argue the policy is not "arbitrary or capricious" due to the "need" (and I use the word loosely here) for enforcement of #immigration laws (although as the change in these policies was never subject to public review, as required (AFAIK) by the APA, they shouldn't be in effect in the first place).
But under no circumstances can they avoid constitutionally required due process, warranted search, right of assembly, right of free speech, and equal protection constraints on their behavior. It's just a non-starter.
If hundreds of these guys don't go to jail when this regime is finally ousted, that will be a damned shame and a signal to the next tinpot dictator that they can get away with anything.

That DOJ idiot, Schnitt, doesn't know, well, "schnitt" about what's actually going on. He was bragging in order to get laid. That's why these gotcha videos are, and always have been, bullshit.
Which doesn't mean, of course, that what he's describing isn't more or less what's actually happening. Red Don is trying to engage in a YUGE cover-up, and we all know it (because he's too stupid to pull it off).
Not that it matters. First of all, we all knew already that Red Don is a creepy pedophile. What's more, this guy is in the process of killing (quite literally) millions through elimination of foreign aid, attacks on health research, and denial of life-saving vaccines to Americans—and yet still enjoys support from over 40% of the population.
This country is deeply sick and the prognosis is poor.

Here's the official #StateDepartment notice about requiring #visa applicants (and soon holders) to the United States saying you MUST turn all your social media accounts to PUBLIC.
This is absolute madness. Do not comply. Do Not Come to the United States. The government will attack you. We have gulags. Literally, concentration camps where the living conditions are beyond horrific.
Please, there are thousands of fantastic universities everywhere else. Canada, Europe, Asia...anywhere but here. Please, for your own safety, and the safety of everyone you have ever talked to online, DO NOT COMPLY.

As usual, the devil here is in the details.
The Red Don administration closed all funding for #refugees through the ORR. So how are they bringing over these Afrikaner so-called "refugees"?
They're relying on a smaller, still-funded (so far) program known as PCP, the "Preferred Communities Program". Many (but not all) refugee relocation agencies participate in PCP.
Notably, the Episcopalian Church does not participate in PCP. They therefore wouldn't have been able to settle the Afrikaners anyway.
So what they're doing is refusing to participate in a program in which they already have no part, and in addition they're closing up shop so they'll be unable to serve any actual refugees going forward.
Sounds a lot less heroic now, don't it?
