I have an urgent question about the #SpeedyTrial for the #Georgia #RICO case which no one has addressed. Is #JurySelection considered part of the trial, or does that have to happen *before* the trial can commence? There is currently a case in Georgia where they have been trying to select a jury for 6 months. If a Jury has to be chosen *before* the trial can commence, I don't see how #FaniWillis can start the trial on time.

It’s also for the best interests of #ThePeople, and if there were ever an interest for the people, it would be to discover if this man is convicted of a crime against the country - against democracy and its people before he runs for president a second time.

And therefore in his opinion #speedyTrial activation is entirely inappropriate as a first step rather than a last step for activating this soft fork that does not seem to have the same degree of broad consensus that #Taproot did, and that makes it dangerous.
