Man, last night I jumped on a player idea and ran with it in #Ravenloft #DnD to create what I think is a campaign defining moment.

The party is in and out of the dream world of I'Cath, trying to figure out how to get Argynvost's spirit that had been a dream visitor for one PC back out. In the time everyone else was gone, time marched forward in the dream. He'd been captured, tortured and kept in a dungeon while the PC's dream persona inherited his title and estate. When they meet, he's changed

Back in 4e, I pitched and wrote the first draft of a Domain of Dread entitled "Karog's Maw" to Dragon/Dungeon Magazine (I preferred the original title, "The Teeth"), but it was ultimately rejected. I haven't thought much of it since 2011, but I figured people may find it interesting. I threw a copy and the accompanying maps I drew in a public Drive folder:
