Dentro de las cosas notables que se pueden ver en #Uruguay está el rechazo del Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo (la justicia superior en temas de administración pública) a admitir una publicación científica de la principal Universidad del país #udelar como prueba, porque (atención) *está en inglés*.
Igual o menos notable es el rechazo a la comparecencia de dos de los autores del mismo por *no ser imparciales*.
Esto responde a una solicitud del equipo legal del Ministerio de #Ambiente y OSE (Administración de servicios públicos de #aguapotable entre otras cosas).Comparto la nota a la población de la Sociedad de Limnología del Uruguay:

Among the notable things that can be seen in Uruguay is the refusal of the Administrative Litigation Court (the highest court in matters of public administration) to admit a #scientific publication as evidence because (attention) *it is in English*.
Equally or less notable is the rejection of the appearance of two of its authors for *not being impartial*.
This responds to a request from the legal team of the Ministry of #Environment and #ose (Administration of public services for #potable #water among other things).
