Paradise Lost: How African Migrants Made Millions on Filthy Medicaid Homes Where Disabled Mainers Were Abused

State records show Paradise Residential Services, an autism agency run by “New Mainers” from Central Africa, violated disability rights while earning $25 million under MaineCare.

Paradise Residential Services CEO Jocelyne Ininahazwe and her family enjoyed luxury Mercedes brands while the disabled Mainers who relied on the Medicaid agency for 24/7 care were living in squalor, subject to abuse and neglect by non-English speaking staff, including some who were untrained and never subjected to background checks.

That’s the chief takeaway from documents released Friday by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), including a termination letter to Paradise that cited “violations [that] place the health and safety of MaineCare Members in immediate jeopardy.”

“[Paradise Residential Services] failed to ensure individuals are protected from abuse, neglect, and exploitation, specifically, lack of food, spoiled food, unsanitary conditions in the home, broken glass throughout basement, individuals have been repeatedly left without staff, staff not supervising or providing services,” according to the DHHS letter.

Records show Paradise Residential Services, terminated in March for failing to protect disabled Mainers from abuse, was founded by five investors: Jocelyne Ininahazwe, Juste Arakaza, Tresor Niyongabo, Enock Nijimbere Tshibungu, and Eric Nshimiyimana.

For a relatively small upfront investment, the crew of “New Mainers” hauled in $25M from 2022 to 2025. They were billing $400k per patient. That’s $800k in annual revenue for every middle class home they purchased..

Follow the Money Toward WWIII — Russia’s $300 billion of confiscated assets make peace close to impossible

It has been said that all wars are “bankers wars,” however, against the modern era of inverted fascism where corporations tell the govt what policies take priority, the more accurate truism ‘is all wars being controlled by money’, not necessarily banks.

The European Commission has constructed a very special kind of proactive financing for Ukraine that doesn’t require them to give their own €uros to the historically corrupt country.  Partly because the EU doesn’t have their own money, and partly because everything the EU does in the sphere of finance is always a false construct, what the EU put together was a financial system based on sanctioned, confiscated (ie stolen) Russian sovereign wealth funds {citation}.

As part of the sanction regime, the EU and western NATO alliance seized roughly €250 billion, $300 billion USD, in Russian sovereign wealth assets.  As long as the USA was financing the Ukraine government and war effort, those funds sat on the sidelines undiscussed.  However, once the USA stopped writing checks to Ukraine an alternate finance system was needed.

What the EU (Ursula von der Leyen) put together was a finance package using the confiscated $300 billion in the Russian sovereign wealth fund as collateral for loans to Ukraine.  The EU would send the money to Ukraine as a loan that did not have a payback mechanism. Instead, the thinking goes that when the negotiations for a ceasefire take place, Russia would be forced to give up the confiscated $300 billion as part of a reparations package to Ukraine.

Ukraine doesn’t have to pay back the loans because Russia will be forced to give up their sovereign wealth fund, and those funds will repay the loans.  That’s the way the EU financing of Ukraine is set up. {SOURCE}  The EU isn’t giving Ukraine EU money; the EU is giving Ukraine the Russian wealth fund money.

Now, immediately you can see a few problems.

♦ PROBLEM 1 – What happens if Russia demands the return of their $300 billion as one of their baseline terms for a peace deal?  If the confiscated money is given back to Russia, the EU and Ukraine are on the hook for the $300 billion they would have spent.

♦ PROBLEM 2 – With #1 in mind, there is now an incentive to never reach a peace agreement or ceasefire; at least never reach a solution that would consider the return of the $300 billion.  Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin has previously said the stolen money belongs to the Russian people and must be returned; he will never accept the theft.

There is more than just this very important factor. It strongly appears that the Iran War is spreading and merging with the Ukraine War, which indicates top Western elites are not giving up on destroying Russia, and probably Europe as well. Chaos always favors the strongest players, who may overestimate their positions. Only time will tell. I dislike predictions but do like seeing the signs of things that may come to be and assessing them based on what seems probable. WW3 is a constantly increasing possibility and has been on a front burner since Gaza, and now Iran. If USA agrees to marry Israel’s IDF, that will mean WW3 will follow with much greater probability. Notice the many ties between China and Israel, as both deeply infiltrate USA and Europe with many similar aims. I can imagine an Israeli-Chinese plot to goad Europe and USA into war with Russia, while China and Israel wait on the sidelines to reap the spoils. China will gain territory from and power over a war-torn Russia, while Israel will increase its control over USA and Europe, and probably take full control of Ukraine, if not more. ABN

This work aims to isolate the effects of changes in braided river morphology on groundwater recharge for two sections of the Wairau River and Waikirikiri River in New Zealand. For each study site, two different river morphology variants of a fully coupled surface water–groundwater model utilizing high-resolution DEMs of river bathymetry before and after a major flood event were set up while keeping parameterization and boundary conditions the same. The models demonstrate that flood-induced morphology changes in braided river systems alter groundwater recharge. [They] identif[ied] features, both simulated and observed, that explain the direction of change. Features that increase groundwater recharge are a larger braidplain aquifer extent and volume, larger wetted area and, specifically, an increase of areas with high exchange rates in locations of larger gradients between braidplain aquifer and regional aquifer. These factors influence groundwater recharge independent of connection (Wairau River) or disconnection (Waikirikiri River) of the system to the regional aquifer, albeit with different magnitudes. An extension of [their] research to other braided rivers is needed to more broadly generalize [their] findings...”

In forensic work, you don’t only look for what’s on the form, you look for what SHOULD be on it and isn’t. Andrew Kolvet is the spokesman of a $100M+ network and the executive producer of its flagship show. He appears on ZERO tax returns, ever. Not one. That’s not a gap in my research. That IS the finding.

I searched every return, TPUSA, Turning Point Action, the Endowment, America’s Turning Point, every year. He is not there. Not as an officer, not as a key employee, not as a contractor. Zero. WHY BAD ACTORS DO EXACTLY THIS: the oldest move in the book is to bury the one name that touches the money AND the message. The intern is on the payroll. The man who tells millions what to think appears on not one federal form. That is what you pay lawyers for. You can’t claw back what was never written down, and you can’t audit a ghost.

2) So if the charity doesn’t pay him, who does? The private companies. The Charlie Kirk Show, the charity’s flagship media asset, is produced and monetized through Resolute Media, a for-profit LLC that Kolvet co-owns with Charlie Kirk. He also owns ATK Media outright. But none of these are reflected on the 990s. WHY BAD ACTORS DO EXACTLY THIS: this is the whole game, and it’s the textbook shape of private inurement: donors and the movement build the brand and the audience with charitable money; the commercial show built on that brand is run through a for-profit the insiders own; and the revenue lands with them, not the charity. You don’t take the nonprofit’s money, you let the nonprofit build the asset, then you own the company that harvests it. The donors fund the machine. The insiders keep the receipts. And because it all moves through private LLCs, none of it appears on a single charitable return. Private inurement is also how a non profit can lose its tax exempt status. Paying attention, Andrew?

3) He is TPUSA’s spokesman and he privately owns ATK Media, a crisis-communications and reputation-management firm. ATK appears nowhere on any Turning Point return either. WHY BAD ACTORS DO EXACTLY THIS: pick the lie. Either the spokesman’s own company does the charity’s PR for free, and no crisis-comms firm on earth works for exposure, or it’s paid in a way built to never touch a form. A reputation firm run by the man who controls the reputation isn’t a side business. It’s the same job billed twice: once for the applause, once in the dark.

4) With Charlie Kirk and Tyler Bowyer, Kolvet owns a third of Resolute Media, a for-profit operating from a building on the Turning Point campus, sharing a registered agent with Superfeed, the voter-data firm Bowyer chairs. WHY BAD ACTORS DO EXACTLY THIS: three officers owning one company outright is a mirror, not a vendor. And asked in writing, under penalty of perjury, whether it did business with a company its own officers control, the charity answered “No.” So either not one dollar ever moved, or that “No” is a false statement on a signed federal return. There is no third option.

Instead, online influencers in Trump’s MAGA movement were excoriating it on social media. One shared an Israeli op-ed titled, “You Could Have Been the Greatest President of All—But You Failed.” Several posted the same video of Qatar’s prime minister appearing to snub Vice President J.D. Vance in Israel, arguing it showed regional powers dismissing the Trump Administration’s “naivete.” Others accused Trump of surrendering before achieving his stated objective of eliminating Iran’s nuclear program. Many of the posts appeared almost simultaneously, with similarities in language and tone.

The official began collecting screenshots, and came to believe it wasn’t a coincidence. Tracing tweets by prominent members of the online right, the official came to believe there was an unlikely figure at the center of all this criticism: Trump’s former presidential campaign manager and digital guru, Brad Parscale. 

Last September, the global ad agency Havas hired Parscale’s firm, Clock Tower X, to conduct a digital campaign on behalf of the State of Israel, according to Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) filings reviewed by TIME. Under the agreement, Parscale’s operation would produce 100 original pieces of content each month, with at least 80% aimed at Gen Z audiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts. In a Services Agreement draft included in the filing, Parscale also pledged to amplify the campaign across social media and through “integration of narrative messaging into Salem Media Network properties and aligned distribution channels,” referring to the Christian conservative broadcasting and publishing company where he serves as Chief Strategy Officer. Parscale vowed the effort would produce at least 50 million digital impressions per month, as well as influence how AI tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and Google’s Gemini characterized Israel and the war. For all this, Israel agreed to pay Clock Tower X $1.5 million per month.
