Eerie #Winter #ElectronicMusic ideas generated from #BitwigStudio and #VCVRack with the #Venjolin module. I've routed my to work with #Plaits, loads of #ChronoBlob delay and #Plateau reverb.

I finished a new #ElectronicMusic piece last night. It's more #drum_and_bass made with #Bitwig and features a #VCVRack melodic lead that is a patch based around #Plaits with a #Juno style chorus (all in VCV). The #AccessVirus provides a nice drone. My #SealEggs Nautical Delay rides over the percussion for swashy delay and the #ShermanikFilterbank brings extra grime and dark colouration to a #303 inspired bass line. I had fun making it, but am missing my horn. I am not sure if this is #BonkWave

I'm leaning into composing to maintain my #MentalHealth as 2025 gets off to a galloping start. Here's another bout of #DrumNBass in the #BonkWave or #NotBonkWave persuasion. Built in #Bitwig using #AccessVirusB (Viper VST) and #MutableInstruments #Plaits (#VCVRack) and some #SFX carry us away on a journey fueled by #HopePunk

Oh yeah, wavetables can now be selected on the fly! Also, MIDI! This little CircuitPython QTPy synth is a lot of fun. This demo shows a handful of wavetables being explored, mostly from #Braids and #Plaits Eurorack modules. Left knob selects wavetable, right knob scans through selected wavetable. Now to fix up the messed up UI!

At one point I was trying to build up an Instagram account. I still have a bunch of videos I think are nice on there but I fell out of favor with the algorithm at some point and stopped trying.
I want to move everything over to a pixelfeed/peertube or maybe just a route on my personal site/part of my blog.

Emilie released a new firmware update for Plaits! Has a new DX7 mode aieeeee! Unfortunately I'm flying to London for the weekend, will have to update and try next week.
